April 17th- Effective and Successful Government
I’m honored to be speaking at the Bedrosian Symposium, Effective and Successful Government, where I’ll present on “Public Innovation and Governance: An Ecosystem Perspective.” My session will explore how governments can become more adaptive, effective, and trusted by viewing innovation not as a standalone initiative, but as part of a broader ecosystem shaped by institutions, incentives, technology, and civic relationships. Rather than focusing only on isolated reforms, I’ll discuss how public leaders can build the conditions for lasting innovation through better governance, cross-sector coordination, and systems-level thinking.
